1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, or customized goods) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@qannasalgazelle.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

A parcel opening video is mandatory in case of damage claims.

Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide the return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges (subject to stock availability) if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
