Return & Refund

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience at Qannas Al Gazelle. This policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, or customized goods) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@qannasalgazelle.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory in case of damage claims.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide the return shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges (subject to stock availability) if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
